Purpose and nature of the work

Anna toivoa ry promotes Christian values. The purpose of the association is charity, and it works on the basis of Christian values and love of one’s neighbour. The association’s work is defined by giving hope, both in immaterial and material ways — through words, writing, material aid and humanitarian means, or by serving and passing on other help where needed. The association is independent of political and religious communities and denominations.

The work conveys Christian values, both in Finland and internationally: it organises gatherings, talks and lectures, discussion events, events and training, and carries out humanitarian work. The association may also publish and distribute information, and produce and distribute literature, recordings and videos for the purposes listed in its rules.

The association may use funds to send people into mission work in Finland and abroad.

In Finland, Christian work is supported in many ways.
